RETURNS

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Fill in the return form and send it to us via Whatssapp, and also include it inside the package so we can identify you.

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original label and packaging.
Customized or modified items, as well as cosmetics and accessories, are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, some items may be rejected if they are not in good condition.

How to make a return?

You will receive your refund once the product has been checked, within up to 15 days from receiving your return.

If your payment method was cash on delivery, make sure to correctly indicate in the return formthe IBAN number where you want the refund to be made via bank transfer.
