The Company will act as an intermediary between the carrier and the Customer, providing support and assistance in matters within the Company’s responsibility, in order to help the Customer and facilitate the reception of the goods.
The Customer must check at the time of receipt of the goods the condition of the packaging and if he notices any anomaly (broken, crushed, wet, open …) indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier, only then can a claim be made to the carrier.
When an article is out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible in order to offer them several options to choose from: To wait to the date in which the article returns to be available, to find similar product which is available or to proceed to the rapid return of the complete amount of the purchase.
The closing or holiday periods when the Company is closed will be informed through texts and calls of attention or banners easily readable on our website. On these dates, no products will be sent until the staff returns to work. Customers who have purchased during the holiday period may exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase and will be refunded and the order cancelled as soon as the staff returns to work.
The prices of the items displayed on the website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be applicable in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and the rest of the European Union countries.
For users of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra, taxes are exempt, and shipping costs will not include DUA charges in cases where this procedure is mandatory.
For Users from the rest of the world, prices will be shown free of taxes, and it will be the Customer’s obligation to pay the taxes and customs procedures, which according to the laws of your country, are applied to the value of your purchase.
The prices on the website do not include shipping costs, which will be added when the order is confirmed and the delivery address is filled in the form. This is the only way to calculate the transport.
When the Customer finishes his/her order, the website will send him/her an electronic invoice to his/her email, which must be checked to ensure that the information it contains is correct. The Web is able to recognize the User’s location and will show him/her the price converted to his/her country’s currency. The price of the products will be the one indicated in each moment in the website, except in case of manifest error. In the case that an error is detected in the price of the requested article, LA MAISON DEL CABELLO will inform the Client as soon as possible in order to give him the option to confirm the order or proceed to its cancellation. In case of impossibility to contact with the Client, the Company will proceed to cancel the order, reimbursing the complete amounts that had been paid.
If an error is detected in the price indicated, so that it is less than the correct price, the Company will not be obliged to deliver the item at the incorrect lower price even if the order confirmation and electronic invoice have been sent.
The information shown is only indicative. The Company may change them without prior notice and at any time, depending on market circumstances and demand, although the Company guarantees that the prices to be applied at all times are those in force on the website at the time of placing the order. In the event of price changes, orders already in progress will not be affected.

The products acquired on this Web will be paid by the Client to its election, by means of transference, by credit/debit card, Cash on Delivery, via Paypal and by means of Financing. You are informed that, in accordance with the regulations governing payment by credit/debit card, the Company does not keep the CVC code, which is requested from the user at the time of payment and is used exclusively to validate the transaction.
For payments using the PayPal system, the Company will pay half of the transaction costs for choosing this payment method, i.e. 2.5%, with the remaining 2.5% being paid by the Customer over the cost of their purchase.
The cash on delivery payment has a fixed cost of 2.5 euros added to the shipping cost, which is a mandatory fee charged by the carrier to perform this management.
Payment by bank transfer sometimes requires several days to become effective, and that time can lengthen the delivery time of the goods. This means of payment has a commission subject to the conditions of the bank from which the User manages the transaction.
The financed payment is subject to the conditions of the Aplazame platform, which will inform you at all times of the amount, the fees you have chosen, as well as the total fees to be paid for choosing this financed method. It is a comfortable, secure, and transparent service.
The user accepts that all his/her personal data will be fully transferred to Aplazame from the moment the user has started to contract the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method.
This acceptance is extended to third parties that have to access the files for the proper performance of the contract.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to exchange the products you have purchased. You must return them and buy the desired product again.
1º You have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

FOR SECURITY REASONS, RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THE RETURN FORM DULY FILLED IN INSIDE THE PACKAGE, THE CUSTOMER WAIVING ANY KIND OF CLAIM IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHOUT IT. IN THIS CASE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ADDRESS OF ORIGIN, THIS NOT BEING A REASON TO EXTEND THE RETURN PERIOD.
3º Send photographs via email or WhatsApp if there is any damage that occurred during shipment, manufacturing defect or colour error.
4º Attach the purchase invoice that you received by email when you placed you order inside the return package. You can also download it from your Client Area.
5º The product must not have been worn, washed, styled or modified in any way.
6º All returns must be made in their original packaging and the products must contain their identifying labels.
– In the case of wigs and toppers, they must not be brushed and their original hairstyle must not be altered if they are to be returned. They must always contain their original labelling in good condition and the lace front and base must not be damaged in any way.
If your topper has clips, be sure to close them all before returning it so that the hair does not get tangled.
If you are returning a wig, to prevent the base from becoming deformed, we recommend that you remove all the paper from the box and return it inside out. This ensures that the lace front is not damaged.
– In the case of extensions, they should not be brushed or combed. In the case of weft extensions, it is essential that they are returned with the original tying, which cannot be opened or undone if we wish to return the product, as this tying and pressing is done by machine in the factory and it is not possible to do it again once undone.
7º For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept exchanges or returns of cosmetics (shampoos, adhesives, solvents, etc.).
8º We do not accept returns of products included in packs separately.
9º We do not accept products that arrive at our facilities freight collect.
10º In case of return of an order benefiting from free shipping promotions, the amount of the free shipping will be subtracted from the total amount of the refund.
11º To send us your product, we recommend sending it by registered letter to ensure that you can track it. The product is the responsibility of the customer until it arrives at our facilities. The return address is:

Returns Reception Hours: 10:00 to 16:00
The Customer must ensure that the transport company delivers the package within the established reception hours. The Company will not be responsible for collecting packages from transport agencies or logistics warehouses if the package cannot be delivered out of hours, nor will the deadline for returns be extended for this reason.
We recommend not to use Correos as a transport company for your return, as they often indicate that the package could not be delivered because we were absent, even though there are always staff within the established hours for returns. We recommend choosing a private transport company, which will call before coming and make sure to deliver the packages on the dates and times requested.
12º Transport costs shall be borne by the customer (except in cases of manufacturing defect or error on the part of the Company).
13º The Company will not be responsible for the cost of return shipment to the customer if any of the returned products have been used, do not meet the minimum requirements described above or if they are damaged and/or in poor condition. The Company may retain the product in storage for a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt. After this date, the company reserves the right to dispose of the product.
14º The refund will be made by the same method of payment up to a maximum of 15 days after receiving the goods at our facilities. In the case of products paid cash on delivery or by bank transfer, you must indicate your bank account number in order to be able to issue the refund. If the customer’s account has a currency other than the euro and transfer costs are generated, the customer must pay these transfer fees, and it will not be possible to refund the amount by an alternative means of payment.
The final choice of product and colour is the responsibility of the User. Our Customer Service Department offers help, advice and information which are not obligatory in any case.
15º If a private or professional customer wishes to place a volume order on which an exclusive discount has been agreed, the company will first offer the option of sending a sample with a standard retail price so that the customer can evaluate the product before placing the order. Once the order has been placed and the goods have been ordered from the manufacturer, the order is firm and cannot be cancelled or modified. Where an exclusive volume discount has been agreed and the order is firm, no exchanges or returns will be accepted except in cases where a clear manufacturing defect is observed, where the products will be replaced by the company at no cost to the customer.
Given the nature of our products, all of them are duly inspected upon receipt. It is essential that they have not been used, manipulated, washed, dyed, combed, reshaped or altered in any way. Although these are essential requirements for the return of our products, the Company will retain 5% of the value of the product in the event of return in the concept of sanitising, restyling and repackaging, as long as the company does not detect an abnormal number of returns (+5 returns every six months), where 25% of the value of the product will be retained. In addition, if the shipment was free of charge or at a discount, it will be deducted from the refund. The products that have been gifted by the company must be returned if you wish to return the rest of the order. Otherwise, the amount will be subtracted from the refund of the returned product.
When the product has been customised, made to order or ordered from the manufacturer without being in our online catalogue, either the model or the colour, this will be exempt from the right of withdrawal (for example: wigs or toppers with personalisation of colour or cut, hairstyle different to that shown on the website requested by the customer, fitting, change or removal of clips, modification of base, model with colours different to those shown on your online colour chart, etc., also when there is a conversation held with the User with the details to be taken into account in the elaboration, colour, cut, size, shape, hairstyle… etc.., no exchange or return will be accepted.
For reasons of hygiene, the Company may refuse any request for return if it is known or suspected that the product does not comply with the conditions listed above.
Orders can only be canceled when their status is “Payment pending” or “Payment accepted”. Once the status of your order changes to the “Preparation in process” status, it will be sent and cannot be canceled, since the merchandise will have already been ordered from the factory or, if it is the case of a product in stock, it will already be will be in the process of packaging or shipping. If this is the case, you must wait to receive the order and proceed to return it in accordance with the purchase and return conditions of our website.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those that have the applicable legal rules on competent jurisdiction, in which, in the case of consumers, the place of compliance with the obligation or the address of the purchasing party is attended.
In the event that the purchasing party is domiciled outside of Spain, both parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante (Spain).

All our Hair Systems comply with the basic safety requirements and the EU Directive 2017/745 on medical products.
All our hair systems ensure a social life without the limitations that could be caused by total or partial hair loss (according to the provision of the CIE F43.2).
All our Hair Systems are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee, with La Maison del Cabello acting as an intermediary to facilitate the customer’s experience of use in the case of:
– Clear manufacturing defect of the hair system, including in this section:
1st base measurements that do not correspond to the indicated measurements, exceeding 2 cm.
2nd hair length that does not correspond to the indicated length, exceeding 6 cm.
3th wrong base (monofilament, wefts, double monofilament, etc.)
4th type of hair different from the one indicated (natural, synthetic or DUO).
Damage due to natural wear and tear or improper use as well as misuse or insufficient use of care products are excluded from the guarantee.
In legal terms, that’s all there is to it.
Now for the practicalities:
At La Maison del Cabello we try to give the best experience of use to our customers, that is why we insist on following our advice on how to take care of the Hair Systems in order to extend their life as much as possible.
Hair Systems should always be washed, cared for and moisturised with specific products so that the hair and the base are not damaged. In the case of Natural Hair, even if it is human hair, it must be treated with different products to the conventional ones we use on our own hair, given that it is already cut hair and without hydration or nutrients from our scalp, which has been treated so that it is preserved over time. Shampoos, masks and conditioners for Wigs, Toppers and Extensions help to prolong this treatment so that the hair stays hydrated, healthy looking and tangle free for longer.
In the case of Synthetic Hair and DUO Hair, the Hair Systems should also be treated with the specific products for such hair.
All Hair Systems wear out, like any other product of daily use, and need to be maintained. At La Maison del Cabello we offer a maintenance and repair service at cost for all our hair systems including:
– Repair of split ends due to the use of Synthetic Hair and DUO Hair Hair Systems.
– Moisturising and colouring of Natural Hair Hair Systems.
– Repair of bases, as far as possible, when these have been worn out by use, except for the lace front, which cannot be repaired beyond trimming the area damaged by use.
– Knotting of hair in monofilament areas where this has been lost due to wear and tear.
– Addition of Comfort Lace if requested by the client with sensitive skin.
– Cutting, styling and modification of the style to the client’s taste.
With this in mind, we should know that all Hair Systems, regardless of brand or quality, have an end of life and the time will come when we will have to purchase a new one and discard the old one. Manufacturers stipulate that Synthetic Hair Hair Systems should be renewed after 1 year, DUO Hair Systems after a year and a half and Natural Hair Systems after up to 2 years, but this will always depend on the amount of use and care we give it. Likewise, a Hair System can last longer than indicated if we are very careful or if we use it sporadically and, of course, it can last less if we do not use the right cosmetics, if we apply too much heat without thermal protectors or if we use the wrong products or techniques for colouring.
During this period of time it is normal for your Topper, Wig or Extension to need some of the maintenance listed above, so we will be delighted if you contact us so that we can assess your case and offer you the most suitable estimate, trying to ensure that you continue with your Hair System for as long as possible. We recommend that any modification, alteration or maintenance of our Hair Systems should be carried out with us in order to avoid damage to the product that cannot be repaired at a later date. Remember that only a qualified professional should carry out maintenance, colouring and cutting to guarantee a good result and that La Maison del Cabello cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the product in cases where it has been manipulated by a person outside the company.
