Registration and login

Registration is very simple, we will only ask you for the necessary information to speed up the purchase process. You can do it from the registration option. If you already have an account, you can log in by entering your email and password. 

You must be registered to place an order, in case you can not access your customer account, check that the email and password you entered are correct, if you do not remember your password you can generate a new one by selecting ‘create a new password’ from your account or contact our customer service on +34 629 426 098 / to provide you with a new password.

You will be able to access and modify your personal data, addresses, email and password from your profile.

Shipping methods

Delivery options may vary depending on the delivery address, we use MRW for deliveries in Spain and FedEx for international deliveries. It is not possible to ship with in-store pick-up or delivery point or to use other transport companies.


Shipping costs vary depending on the method of payment and place of delivery.

Shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal with payment by credit card, paypal, bank transfer or bizum will be 5,99€, in case of cash on delivery an extra cost of 2,50€ will be added.

*Supplement will be applied when adding ‘head for wigs, prosthesis and extensions’ to your order.

Shipping to Balearic Islands – 12,95€.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla – 20€.

Shipping in Europe – 30€.

Shipping outside Europe – 75€.


Delivery time for products in stock in mainland Spain and Portugal: 24/48H.

Delivery time for products in stock in the Balearic and Canary Islands: 5 – 7 days.

All delivery times are subject to product availability. If it is in stock, it will be shipped immediately; otherwise, we will request it from the supplier and it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Receipt of stock in wigs, hair systems, hairpieces and accessories: 3 – 5 days.

Stock reception in extensions: 2 – 3 days.

For each product on our website you can find the estimated delivery time.

Delivery times refer to working days, are approximate and may be affected by various reasons such as public holidays, sales campaigns or offers, stock-outs and delays in the planned replenishment reception dates. When an item is out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible to offer several options to choose from: Wait for the date on which the item becomes available again, find an available product with similar characteristics that the customer may like, or proceed to a prompt refund of the full amount of the purchase.

Modify or cancel an online order

Orders may be modified or canceled only when their status is “Pending payment”. Once the status of your order changes to “Processing” status, it cannot be canceled, since the merchandise will have already been ordered from the factory or, if it is the case of a product in stock, it will already be in the process of packaging or shipping. If this is the case, you must wait to receive the order and proceed to return it in accordance with the purchase and return conditions of our website.


Customizations and repairs.

These services are performed exclusively on products purchased at La Maison del Cabello.


Damaged, defective products or spilled liquids.

At La Maison del Cabello we work to offer a quality service and guarantee that our products arrive in perfect condition. If you have had an incident with your order, either because a product has been spilled or you find an error in the product, you must contact our customer service (+34 629 426 098) as soon as possible so that we can resolve the incident by collecting your package and sending a new unit.



All our Hair Systems comply with the basic safety requirements and the EU Directive 2017/745 on medical products and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, with La Maison del Cabello acting as intermediary to facilitate the customer’s user experience in cases of:

– Clear manufacturing defect of the hair system, including in this section:

1st base measurements that do not correspond to what is indicated, exceeding 2 cm

2nd length of hair that does not correspond to that indicated, exceeding 6 cm

3rd wrong base construction (monofilament, seams, double monofilament, etc.)

4th type of hair different from that indicated (natural, synthetic or DUO)

Damage due to natural wear and tear or improper use, as well as misuse or insufficient use of care products, is excluded from the guarantee. La Maison del Cabello cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the product in cases where it has been manipulated by a person other than the company.

Taking this into account, we must know that all Hair Systems, regardless of their brand or quality, have an end-of-life and there will come a time when we have to purchase a new one and throw away the old one.

Manufacturers stipulate that Hair Systems, when used daily, must be renewed, depending on hair type:

Natural Hair: up to two years

DUO hair: until after a year and a half

Synthetic Hair: up to a year later

Payment methods

At we offer the following payment methods. When processing your purchase, we will show you the options available for your order.









The collection will be made right at the end of the purchase, if you choose APLAZAME, the collection will be made as signed with this financial company and, if you choose cash on delivery, the collection will be made upon delivery of your package by the delivery person.


The prices of the items displayed on the Website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be applicable in Spain and the European Union.

For Users from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra, Taxes are exempt, and shipping costs will not include DUA expenses in cases where this procedure is compulsorily applied.

For Users from the rest of the world, prices will be shown tax-free, and it will be the Customer’s obligation to pay the Taxes and customs procedures that, according to the laws of their country, are applied to the value of their purchase.

The prices on the website do not include shipping costs, which will be added when confirming the order and filling out the delivery address in the form, only then can transportation be calculated.

How to change

For administrative reasons we do not make changes, instead you must make a return and a new order.

How to return

If your purchase has not met your expectations, we offer you the possibility of making a return. Here are the conditions

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

The items must be in their original condition and keep all the labels.

You must fill in the return form and send it inside your package together with the product and the invoice.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns are not allowed in stores.

We do not accept returns of personalized products, cosmetics or products included in separate packs.

Given the nature of our products, all of them are duly inspected once received. It is essential that they have not been used, manipulated, washed, dyed, combed, reshaped or damaged in any way. Although these are essential requirements for the return of our products, the Company will retain 5% of the value of the product in case of return for sanitizing, restyling and repackaging, as long as the company does not detect an abnormal number of returns (+5 half-yearly returns), where 25% of the value of the product will be retained.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method up to a maximum of 15 days after receiving the goods at our facilities. In the case of products paid cash on delivery or by bank transfer, you must indicate your bank account number in order to issue the refund. If the customer’s account has a currency other than the euro and transfer costs will be generated, the customer must be responsible for these transfer fees, not being possible to make the return of the amount by an alternative means of payment.

Once the refund has been made, we will send you an email with the confirmation of the refund. Please note that once the refund has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 14 days depending on your bank.

From La Maison del Cabello we try to give the best experience of use to our customers, that is why we insist that you follow our care tips for Hair Systems to extend its life as much as possible.

In the case of Natural Hair, they should be treated with different products than the conventional ones we use on our own hair, since it is chemically processed and treated hair. Shampoos, masks and conditioners for Wigs, Toppers and Extensions help to prolong this treatment so that the hair stays hydrated, healthy looking and tangle free for longer.

In the case of Synthetic Hair and DUO Hair, the Hair Systems should also be treated with the specific products for such hair.

All hair systems wear out with daily use. At La Maison del Cabello we offer maintenance, workshop and repair services at cost, including:

– Repairing split ends by using the Synthetic Hair and DUO Hair Hair Systems.

– Moisturizing and coloring of Natural Hair Hair Systems.

– Base repair, when possible.

– Hair chopping in monofilament areas.

– Addition of Comfort Lace (comfort tulle) if requested by the client with sensitive skin.

– Addition of patches for adhesive placement.

– Cutting, tailoring, styling and modification of the style to the client’s liking.

It is essential to use specific cosmetics and wash our Hair System once a week or every 6 uses. Natural hair dehydrates daily and this, added to pollution, causes it to dry and break when it is not regularly moisturized. In the case of Synthetic or DUO Hair Systems, the hair is weighed down by pollution and suffers more friction. To maintain hygiene and keep the hair loose and moving, it must be washed regularly.

Likewise, a Hair System can last longer than indicated if we are too careful or if we use it sporadically and, of course, it can last less if we do not use the right cosmetics, do not wash it enough, apply too much heat without thermal protectors or do coloring work with products or techniques that are not suitable.

We recommend that any modification, alteration or maintenance of our Hair Systems should be done with us to avoid damage to the product that cannot be repaired later.
